Horizontal Plastic Masterbatch Mixer Machine
The introduction:
Double spiral blades are arranged on the driving spindle of horizontal mixer. The external blades transport the materials to the middle and the internal blades transport the materials to the outside.
Under the convective motion of the double helix belt, a low dynamic and high efficient mixing environment is formed.
The inner and outer diameter screw mounted on the mixing shaft drives the material inside the barrel to make the agitator turn the material inside the barrel in the maximum range.
When the mixing device is working, the inner screw drives the materials near the axis to do the axial rotation, which is pushed from the inside to the two sides; the outer screw drives the materials near the barrel wall to do the axial rotation, which is pushed from the two sides to the inside. The mixed materials can be evenly mixed in a short time.
